BEFORE APPOINTMENT FOR EYELASHES
Please remove all eye makeup (especially mascara and eyeliner) and clean your lashes with oil free cleanser.
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS
1.Do not get your eyelashes wet for the first 5 hours.The extensions need that amount of time to properly bond.
2.Avoid pulling or rubbing your eyes.
3.ONLY use oil-free makeup remover or eye cream.
4.Do not use mascara.
5.Avoid hot steam or sauna.
6.Avoid running water directly on your lashes.
7.Do not perm, tint, or use an eyelash curler.
8.To maintain the fullness of your lashes,getting touch-up within 2-3 weeks - that way you can keep your lashes looking beautiful!
FREE FIX AND REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us. If you have concerns with a service you received, please contact us within 2 days so that we will make any changes for free as long as you come see us within 7 days from your appointment. There are no refunds on any services. If you have an allergic reaction to a service we provided, a removal will be offered free of charge.

This brow repair service includes brow mapping, measuring, waxing, tweezing, trimming and makeup to achieve brow shaping. (No tint)
BEFORE APPOINTMENT FOR BROW
Your hair should be 1/4 inch long. Try to grow it out for several weeks beforehand. Waxing will be less painful and effective if you wait for the hair to grow out.
